  • What I recorded on my Apple Watch is not reflected on my iPhone.
    Data recorded on Apple Watch will be synced with iPhone via iCloud. Since Apple Watch sends data to iCloud via iPhone, synchronization may be delayed depending on the communication between Apple Watch and iPhone and the communication status between iPhone and network.
  • Recorded data does not sync between Apple Watch and iPhone / iPad.
    Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID between your Apple Watch and your iPhone / iPad. Make sure iCloud integration is turned on. ("Settings"> "(your Apple ID)"> "iCloud"> "(your app name)".If you turn iCloud integration back on, it may take some time to sync all your data. ) Please check the free space of iCloud. If there is not enough free space, the data will not sync between the devices. If the above does not help, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it (skipping the initial setup in My Workout).
  • I can't see the app in the Watch app on my iPhone.
    "Available APP" and "Installed on APPLE WATCH" in the Watch app of iPhone may be displayed as an English name (such as "OTSUUJI"), but the icon does not change. When manually installing / uninstalling on Apple Watch, use the icon or English name to identify and select.
  • Delete the app completely (except "Blood Pressure Diary")
    To completely delete the app, including the data stored in iCloud, follow the steps below. Uninstall the app. Delete iCloud data. (Execute "Settings" > "(your Apple ID)" > "iCloud" > "Manage storage" > "(app name)" > [Delete data])
  • I want to make a refund for the app

  • Which device can I use it with?
    [My Workout] Available for iPhone/iPad with iOS15 or later, and Apple Watch with watchOS8 or later. (* Screen size 4.7 or higher is required. iPhone SE (1st generation) and iPod touch are not supported.) Android is not supported.
  • Where will the recorded data be stored? Is it compatible with iCloud?
    [My Workout] The created plans and recorded data are saved in iCloud (personal area on the cloud) linked to the user's Apple ID. If you use the paid function, you can export it in CSV format and use it, or save the backup data as a file. (Photo data is saved individually as a jpeg image file in iCloud Drive)
  • How many training events can I record? Can you record aerobic exercise?
    [My Workout] More than 100 events are incorporated, and new definitions can be made for each part. (In the future, we will add popular events as needed according to your request.) You can record major aerobic exercises such as walking, running, and swimming. The recorded content is recorded not only in the My Workout app but also in iOS Healthcare at the same time.
  • Can I take or record photos? Where will it be stored?
    [My Workout] For each day you record your workout, you can take one photo with the app and attach it to your record. You can create a before-after image by displaying it side by side with the photos recorded on another day. The recorded photos are saved in iCloud Drive. You can check the saved JPEG image by opening "iCloud Drive"> "My Workout" in the "File" app. You can freely copy and use it, but if you rename the original JPEG image file or move the location, it will not be displayed in the app.
  • What is a "non-fixed day of the week" plan?
    [My Workout] It is a training that cannot be composed in one week (fixing the event on each day), such as a 4-day cycle in which the body part is divided into 4 parts. You can plan a 3-30 day cycle of training.
  • Can I share my plan with other users? How can I communicate?
    You can use the paid function to export the plan outside the app or load the exported plan. The exported plan can be sent as an attachment to a message or email. You can load the received plan by following the steps below. Save the received plan in a location that can be viewed with the "File" app (such as "in this iPhone" or "iCloud Drive"). Select "My Plan"> "Plan Management"> (Add Plan) "Load" to start the "File" app. Select the saved plan file. The reading will be done. The loaded plan can be switched and used by clicking "Change plan".
  • Does it support Super Set / Compound Set?
    [My Workout] Two events can be set as a pair (super set / compound set), and two events can be input alternately one set at a time during recording. The interval of the event started earlier is automatically skipped.
  • Can double splits be recorded?
    There are two ways to record a double split. Register two menus in advance, stop recording once when the first time is over, and record the rest in the second time.Once all the first menus are finished, the recording is stopped. (Stop button at the top left of the recording screen on iPhone, stop recording button at the end of the list on Apple Watch). For the second time, start recording with the start button (for Apple Watch, select an unexecuted event and [Start]) to record only the remaining unexecuted menus. Register only the first menu, record all of them, and exit. For the second time, add and record a new menu to be done.On the iPhone, the start button is hidden when the first menu is finished, but when the second menu is additionally registered, the start button is displayed again, and only the added menu can be recorded. Workouts are recorded in two parts in Health. In the app, the contents of the 1st and 2nd sessions are recorded together. The recording start time is the first start time, and the recording end time is the second end time. The time from the end of the first run to the start of the second run is not counted as running time, just like the interval between sets. The second recording will not overwrite the first recording.
  • How does it work with Apple Healthcare?
    [My Workout] The app reads weight/body fat percentage/height and heart rate from Apple Watch. Weight is used to calculate the load of bodyweight training, and body fat percentage and height are used to calculate BMI and muscle mass. The app also writes your workouts to Health. It will be shared in the "Health" and "Activity" apps.
  • I can't "Start" to record my workout.
    [My Workout] You cannot start recording a workout without an unexecuted menu or set. Click the "Add Menu" or "Add Set" button to add a menu or set.
  • Even if the day changes, "Today's menu" does not switch to the next day's menu.
    [My Workout] If you are using the "Do not fix to day of the week" plan, the menu will not change even if the day changes if today's menu is not implemented. (Except for "rest days") If the menu on the last day of the plan does not switch to the menu on the start date of the plan, make sure that "Repeat" is turned on in the plan settings.
  • 「今日のメニュー」がプランで設定したセット内容で更新されません。
    プランの設定「ガイド方法」をご確認ください。 「ガイド方法」が「設定したセット内容」以外の場合、設定(前回、総負荷量最大、1RM最大)にしたがい過去の実施内容が「今日のメニュー」のセット内容にコピーされます。
  • "Change planning date" and "Copy history" cannot be performed.
    [My Workout] You cannot change the planned date after you start a workout (one or more menu sets have been completed).
  • The workout end time is recorded earlier than it actually is and the duration is recorded shorter than it really is.
    [My Workout] The time when the last set of interval timers was started is recorded as the end time of the workout. The time the interval timer is running (break time) is not counted as the duration of the workout. The time excluding the interval is recorded.
  • The message "You are below the trend. Please review your plan." Is displayed. What should i do?
    [My Workout] This message is displayed when the planned value of the plan (or menu of the day) of the relevant part is lower than the trend (average of the total load for the last 3 months). Since the plan (plan) is "sweeter" than the actual result, please revise the plan upward (higher load, more times).
  • The history exported in csv format is garbled.

  • Heart rate is not recorded.
    [My Workout] Heart rate is only recorded when you record your workout on your Apple Watch. You need to allow "read heart rate" in your health care settings. Please allow heart rate loading in iOS "Settings"-> "Healthcare"-> "Data Access and Devices"-> "My Workout".
  • Location information (gym location) is not recorded.
    [My Workout] Select "Location" on the "Settings / Purchase" tab and turn on the recording of location information. If location recording is turned off, you can check and change permission / disapproval in "Settings" app> "Privacy"> "Location services".
  • Apple Watch won't complete initial setup
    Initial setup on Apple Watch is completed when all the data (plans, history, etc.) set and recorded on the iPhone are synchronized. You can check the progress of the synchronization process in the horizontal bar graph in the middle of the screen (the rightmost number is the number of data to be synchronized, and the leftmost number is the number of already synchronized data) If you have used the app for a long time (with a large amount of history data) and reinstalled it, it may take some time. Since the synchronization process is performed while using the app, it will complete faster if you wait without switching to another app. If the number on the left side of the horizontal bar graph increases slowly, the Apple Watch's network communication may be slow. If you are in a hurry, try connecting to a Wi-Fi that can provide stable high-speed communication. If the number on the left side of the horizontal bar graph does not change from zero even after time has passed, Apple Watch or the app may be unable to communicate or synchronize with iCloud.Please refer to FAQ > "Common" > "Content recorded on Apple Watch is not reflected on iPhone" or "Recorded data is not synchronized between Apple Watch and iPhone/iPad."
  • Weight, body fat percentage and height data are not loaded from health care.
    [My Workout] Open the "Healthcare" app and check if data such as weight and body fat percentage are recorded. Data older than 1 year will not be read. Make sure you have access to Healthcare. You can check and change the permission / non-permission in "Settings"> "Healthcare"> "Data Access and Devices". (Healthcare is not available on iPad.)
  • The results of your workout are not reflected in your activity.
    [My Workout] Open the "Healthcare" app and go to "Browse"> "Search"> (search for "Workout") to see if your workout results are reflected. It may take some time for it to be reflected in the activity. Check if Healthcare Linkage is turned on ("Healthcare Linkage" on the "Settings / Purchase" tab).If Healthcare integration is turned off, you can check and change permission / disapproval in the "Settings" app> "Healthcare"> "Data Access and Devices". Healthcare cannot be linked on the iPad, so it will not be reflected in the activity.
  • Multiple workouts are recorded in health care per day.
    [My Workout] The period from "start workout" to "end" is recorded as one workout. If you want to add a menu or set during a workout, use the "+ (Add set)" or "Add menu" button on the workout execution screen (without "Exit"). Strength training, core training, and aerobic exercise (various types) are recorded in health care as different workouts.
  • I feel that the calories burned in health care are smaller than I expected.
    Since calories burned are calculated based on the time excluding the break time (the time when the interval timer is activated), you may feel that it is "smaller" in terms of time than aerobic exercise.
  • 部位を表す色が見にくいのですが、見やすくできますか?
    My Workoutの設定で部位を見やすく変えることができます。 (トップ画面の「設定」>「スクリーン」>「部位を見やすくする」)
  • セット終了後のインターバルが省略されることがあります、なぜですか?
    「同一部位の最後のメニューの最後のセット後のインターバル」はデフォルトで省略する設定になっています。 (その部位のメニューが全て終わった状態ではインターバル休憩が不要であるためです) My Workoutの「設定」>「インターバルタイマー」>「部位の最終インターバルを省略する」で、設定の無効化や省略時間の変更ができます。 ※この設定が適用されるのは「部位の最後の種目の最終セット」です。同一部位の種目やセットが残っている場合は適用されません。
  • 消してしまったサンプルメニューを復活できますか?
    ライブラリ(マイプラン > プランの管理 > ライブラリ)から追加が可能です。
  • What devices is it available on?
    Available on iPhone/iPad with iOS 16.0 or later, and Apple Watch with watchOS 9.0 or later. Android is not supported.
  • Google Mapsで場所を設定すると場所名が設定されません。
    Google Mapsの仕様変更により場所名が取得できなくなりました。代わりに設定されるアクティビティ名は、右にある(…)をタップして「地名を変更」メニューで変更できます。 Appleマップで場所を設定すると「ルート」ボタンが有効となりAppleマップとGoogle Mapsのどちらでもルート探索連携が可能です。また、移動アクティビティの出発地と目的地を設定すると移動手段に応じて移動に必要な時間を表示します。可能な場合はAppleマップをご利用ください。
  • 共有ボタン押しても「マイ旅にコピー」という項目が出てきません。
    「マイ旅にコピー」メニューが表示されない場合は、 画面を下までスクロール 「アクションを編集」をタップ 「マイ旅にコピー」左側のプラス(+)をタップ してご利用ください。 「よく使う項目」内で「マイ旅にコピー」を上位にドラッグしておくと、より便利にご利用いただけます。 また、コピー&ペースト操作(共有画面で「コピー」を選択し、マイ旅の各項目の「ペースト」を選択)も可能です。
  • Recorded data is not synchronized between Apple Watch and iPhone.
    Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID on your Apple Watch and iPhone. Please check whether you have allowed access to health care (read/write systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse rate) on both Apple Watch and iPhone devices. Sync will not proceed if there is a problem with communication between devices. Try restarting your Apple Watch and iPhone. If the above does not resolve the issue, please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. (Data recorded in HealthCare will not be deleted even if you uninstall the app)
  • 生体認証(Touch ID/Face ID)をオフにできますか?
    生体認証はiPhoneの設定アプリにてオン/オフが可能です。 「設定」アプリ>「お通じ日記」>「Touch ID/Face IDでロックする」 にて設定を変更してご利用ください。
  • Apple Watchで記録したデータがiPhoneと同期しません。
    「共通」の『Apple Watchで記録した内容がiPhoneに反映されません。』および『Apple WatchとiPhone/iPadの間で記録データが同期しません。』をご確認ください。 それでも問題が解決しない場合は、「ダイレクト記録モード」をご利用ください。(Apple Watchでアプリを起動 > 画面を右にスワイプ > 画面を最下部までスクロール > 「ダイレクト記録モード」をオンにする)
