My Workout
Easily log your workouts by simply using it as an interval timer.
Supports Apple Watch, and records are automatically synchronized between devices. Log not only muscle training (body weight, weights, machines), but also core training and cardio workouts. You can also log photos along with your workout and create before-and-after images with a single tap.
today's menu
《Automatically set today's menu》
When you start the app, the menu for that day is displayed.
You can flexibly change the menu according to your physical condition and equipment, such as switching to a different day's menu, changing to the contents of the past implementation day, or adding a new event.
Before implementation, a "recommended" icon is also displayed according to the recovery status for each part. After the implementation, it is displayed whether it is "upward" or "downward" from the average.

Workout recording
<< The app guides your workout >> Tap the start button to start recording your workout and guide you through the event / load / number of rep according to your plan. The interval timer guides the pace between sets as the pacemaker puts a load on it. Differences from the plan (load / number of rep) are reflected during the interval, and sets and events can be added. The trend of total load amount is displayed for each part / item, and you can see at a glance whether the amount of training is large or small.
Compatible with Apple Watch
《No need to carry an iPhone》
As with the iPhone, you can record in detail on the Apple Watch. You don't have to drop or forget to wake up at a gym that handles heavy equipment, or carry a writing instrument for recording at a gym that doesn't allow smartphones.
Since the data recorded on Apple Watch is automatically synchronized with iPhone and iPad, the data is centrally managed and can be visualized and analyzed on calendars and charts.

Photo recording
《Take a photo and record it, compare it side by side》 You can take a photo and record it along with the contents of the workout. (*) You can display two photos recorded on different days side by side, check changes in your body, etc., and create a before-after image with one tap. The recorded photo data is saved as an image file in iCloud Drive.

<< Display history (record) on a calendar >> A pie chart showing parts in color is displayed on each day of the calendar. You can see at a glance which part you trained when. You can switch to the list display or tap the day to check the details of the implementation. Since the history can be output in CSV format, it can also be imported into spreadsheet software such as Excel. (*)

《Map display of workout location》 My Workout also records the location where you worked out. The location is displayed on the map for each month. You can use multiple gyms, work out on a trip or workout, and see at a glance when and where you worked out. Workouts on the go can be more enjoyable and continuous.

An icon (upward or downward) indicates today's performance against the average of the past three months for each body part and event.
You can grasp the trend at a glance, and it will be a hint to increase the load, the number of reps, and the number of sets.

Chart display of changes in body parts
《Records are aggregated for each part and displayed as a chart》
Based on the recorded data, the total load, calorie consumption, total number of sets, and heart rate for each part of the body are aggregated and displayed in charts on a weekly or monthly basis.

Plan creation
